Through the MSO/DPO4000B series oscilloscope, you can use one instrument to view analog signals, digital signals and serial signals, quickly find and diagnose problems in complex embedded system designs. Thanks to the bandwidth of up to 1 GHz and the oversampling rate of 5 times on all channels, you can get the necessary performance to view fast-changing signal details. All channels on the MSO/DPO4000B are equipped with a standard deep record length of up to 20 M points, which can capture long signal activity windows while maintaining fine timing resolution.
The digital phosphor technology of the Tektronix MSO/DPO4000B series oscilloscope can quickly view abnormal signals, and the Wave Inspector? control function can quickly navigate the waveform.
